I prepared meals or food ahead before I leave this house, for whilst I’m out working, I could not just go into a shop and buy lunch like everyone does, checking labels can be tiring. Few years ago very very few Restaurants, were tolerant to wheat/diary/gluten free diet and adjusted my meal accordingly, but most restaurant are more aware now.

Really things I ate, I ate them in their original/purest un-adulterated form i.e. whole foods not refined e.g. no white sugar if you must unrefined cane sugar, no white rice instead brown rice, sweet potato instead of the usual potato and so on.

Apparently the food you crave most are those not good for you.
